ABOUT ME

I am definitely not your typical yogi. It wasn't on my life plan that I would one day become one. By nature I am rather lazy and pragmatic. That's probably why I'm so convinced of Bikram Yoga, the all-in-one inclusive package, so to speak, to become and stay healthy, productive and happy.
